Spencer has gone 10-0 against Hardaway recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Spencer Greenwave will head out to take on the Hardaway Hawks at 4:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Spencer has three straight wins, Hardaway has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Spencer humbled Jordan with an 81-54 victory. The Greenwave have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hardaway ended up a good deal behind Kendrick on Thursday and lost 60-42. While the Hawks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cherokees 14-4 in the first quarter.

Spencer will need focus on slowing down A'Nazhe Purnell, one of several Hardaway players who made an impact when they last played. He posted seven points.

Spencer has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Hardaway, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-19.

Spencer took their victory against Hardaway when the teams last played last Monday by a conclusive 70-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Spencer since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
