Preview: Flour Bluff Hornets vs. Victoria East Titans
Flour Bluff is 7-1 against Victoria East since December of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Flour Bluff Hornets will be playing at home against the Victoria East Titans at 8:00 p.m. One thing working in Flour Bluff's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 14 games.
Last Tuesday, Flour Bluff was able to grind out a solid win over Carroll, taking the game 64-51.
Meanwhile, Victoria East's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They took a 68-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Miller. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Flour Bluff has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 24-9 record this season. As for Victoria East, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-15.
