Softball Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

St. Patrick blew Dansville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Dansville got their revenge. The Shamrocks fell just short of the Aggies by a score of 2-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Shamrocks were not able to get on the board.

St. Patrick has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Dansville, their record now sits at 18-7.

Coincidentally, St. Patrick and Dansville will both be playing Saranac the next time they take the field. The Aggies will host the Redhawks at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Shamrocks will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
