Soccer Recap: Flagler Palm Coast Comes Up Short

Flagler Palm Coast and Sandalwood squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Flagler Palm Coast had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Sandalwood Saints by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by just one goal.

Flagler Palm Coast has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-4-3 record this season. As for Sandalwood, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3-1.

Flagler Palm Coast does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sandalwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-0 loss against Creekside on the 28th.
