Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ozarks Christian Academy). They managed a 77-72 victory over Varsity Opponent on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Guardians: when they faced off against Varsity Opponent on Thursday, they had to take a 62-46 loss.

Ozarks Christian Academy was led to victory by Dj Cobban and Jude Morrison. Cobban posted 39 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals, while Morrison dropped a double-double on 29 points and 12 boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which Morrison has scored at least a third of Ozarks Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brennan Shipley, who had three points and four steals.

The win got Ozarks Christian Academy back to even at 2-2.

Ozarks Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 58-44 victory against Lebanon HomeSchool on the 13th. As for Varsity Opponent, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 86-34 defeat against University on the 13th.
