Loveland Classical won the last time they faced Golden View Classical Academy and Abigail Ruppert did her part to make sure it happened again. The Lions secured a 38-32 W over the Sentinels on Friday thanks in part to Ruppert, who went 7-for-15 on her way to 19 points and six steals. Ruppert is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least five every time she's taken the court this season.

Golden View Classical Academy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ainsley Chidester, who posted 15 points and three steals, and Audrey Clark, who had four points and six steals.

The win made it two in a row for Loveland Classical and bumps their season record up to 2-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 40 points in those games. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Loveland Classical didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 40-23 defeat against Addenbrooke Classical Academy on the 6th. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 37-30 loss against Twin Peaks Classical Academy on the 6th.
