Basketball Recap: Pikesville Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pikesville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 74-34 defeat at the hands of the Concordia Prep Saints. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-15.

Pikesville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kylan Artis, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Travon Anderson, who posted ten points.

Pikesville's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Concordia Prep, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pikesville will challenge Owings Mills at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Concordia Prep, they will head out to face off against Chapelgate Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
