Baseball Game Preview: Bethel Bison vs. Rogers Rams

Bethel is 1-9 against Rogers since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Bison will face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, Bethel came up short against Yelm and fell 4-1.

Brayden Czesztyicki was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI. That double marked the first that he has hit this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rogers). They were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over South Kitsap on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Rogers picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-6. As for Bethel, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Bethel might still be hurting after the 13-7 loss they got from Rogers in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can the Bison avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
