Basketball Recap: Williams Valley Takes a Loss

Williams Valley was the 63-50 winner over Tri-Valley when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings took a 66-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs on Thursday. Vikings fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Bulldogs since Thursday.

Tri-Valley has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Williams Valley will head out to challenge Mahanoy Area at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tri-Valley, they will venture away from home to take on Our Lady of Lourdes Regional at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
