Basketball Recap: Rincon/University Rangers vs. Sahuarita Mustangs

Rincon/University was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 51-39 to the Sahuarita Mustangs. The Rangers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Rincon/University had strong showings from Declan McGoldrick-Doty, who posted 12 points and six rebounds, and Will Edwards, who put up nine points and seven boards.
