Forbush is 8-2 against North Surry since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Forbush Falcons will host the North Surry Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. Forbush is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12 runs per game this season.

Forbush's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past North Surry 12-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 31, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Hunter Conrad made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

In other batting news, Bo Moxley was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Colton Moxley was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.

Forbush was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. The last time their batting average was this high was back in May of 2024.

North Surry has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. Forbush's victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
