Preview: Bluejacket vs. Foyil
Bluejacket will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Foyil at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.
Bluejacket had to kick off their season on the road last Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They secured a 58-54 W over Claremore Christian. No one had a better game by the numbers than Coy Mcglasson, who brought his A game into the match. He passed for 286 yards and 7 touchdowns. In fact, with 24 tackles Mcglasson was a force on both sides of the ball.
Meanwhile, Foyil had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They lost to Canadian by a decisive 8-28 margin.
Bluejacket's victory lifted them to 1-0 while Foyil's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Bluejacket can add another positive mark to their record or if Foyil can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Bluejacket's step.
