Softball Recap: Lewiston Bengals vs. Capital Golden Eagles
Lewiston was the 6-5 winner over Capital when they last played one another back in March of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Lewiston Bengals lost 12-1 to the Capital Golden Eagles on Saturday.
Lewiston saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jenna Barney, who went 1-for-2 with an RBI. Barney has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
