Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berwick). They really took it to the Hazleton Area Cougars for the full four quarters, racking up a 48-6 win. While the Bulldogs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The victory keeps Berwick at an undefeated 4-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 36.8 points this season. As for Hazleton Area, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Berwick will head out to face off against Hanover Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Hawkeyes have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. As for Hazleton Area, they will take on Wyoming Valley West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
