Basketball Recap: Neches Piles Up the Points Against Campbell

There's no place like home for Neches, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Campbell Indians 55-26.

Neches is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.8 points per game. As for Campbell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Neches Tigers duke it out with the Oakwood Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Campbell, they will host CHAAMP HomeSchool at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
