Lone Peak has gone 6-1 against Corner Canyon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Knights are taking a road trip to challenge the Chargers at 3:30 p.m. Lone Peak has given up an average of 9.9 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Meanwhile, Corner Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They came up short against Alta, falling 12-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Corner Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Lone Peak, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.

Lone Peak skirted past Corner Canyon 9-7 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
