Hudson Griffith looked comfortable as he tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Legacy let Braidon Brown and Ethan Sanchez loose on the outfield. Brown went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run, and a double, while Sanchez went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Hoelting, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
