Soccer Game Preview: Beaver vs. Enterprise

The Beaver Beavers will head out to take on the Enterprise Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Beaver knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Enterprise likes a good challenge.

Beaver's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Gunnison Valley as they made off with an 8-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Beaver in their matchups with Gunnison Valley: they've now won eight in a row.

Beaver hit Gunnison Valley with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ruby Lurth (3), Taelyn Marshall (2), Megan Kerksiek (2), and KaDee Murdock.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous four match, Enterprise brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over Parowan on Tuesday. Considering Enterprise's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Beaver's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Enterprise, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 4-11.
