Basketball Recap: St. Henry Takes a Loss

St. Henry was the 75-69 winner over Bath when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Henry Redskins fell just short of the Bath Wildcats by a score of 60-57 on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Redskins have lost by exactly three points.

Despite the loss, St. Henry still got an impressive performance from Brayden Heath, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 18 points. Another player making a difference was Austin Zimmerman, who posted seven points and five rebounds.

Even though they lost, St. Henry was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in March of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for St. Henry and nudges their season record down to 6-8. As for Bath, their record now sits at 8-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Henry will venture away from home to take on St. John's at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in St. John's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Bath has already played their next match (against Ottawa-Glandorf), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
