Football Game Preview: Macksville vs. Moundridge

On Friday Macksville take on Moundridge at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.

After having lost a blowout in their game two weeks ago against Victoria, Macksville were happy to find some success last Friday. Macksville put a hurting on St. John to the tune of 52-6.

Meanwhile, Moundridge had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 26-18 victory over Skyline.

Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 2-2. In their win, Macksville relied heavily on senior Kody Mead, who threw 5 TDs and picked up 104 yards on the ground. Moundridge will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
