De Pere (22-4, 19-3) is riding a league-best 7-game winning streak. The streak was extended by another two games over the past week, including an 8-6 win over Pulaski.
Pulaski's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 28 hits and 20 walks to lead the league in both categories. The Red Raiders' pitchers have been charged with only 148 hits and have struck out 177 batters.
