Softball Recap: Mount Everett Regional Comes Up Short

Mount Everett Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Mount Everett Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, they moved to 2-15-1 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Mount Everett Regional nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
