            Softball Recap: Norton Science & Language Academy Rockets vs. Bethel Christian Kings        
        
		
        
        
            Norton Science & Language Academy extended their losing streak  to ten  on Monday, dropping their season record down to 0-10 in the process. They came up short against  the Bethel Christian Kings, falling  24-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Kings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  24-3  last Wednesday.
As for Bethel Christian, the  victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-6. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by ten  runs or more this season.
 For Bethel Christian's part,  the team  relied heavily on  Monroe Kamio, who  fired off two  home runs, four  runs,  and four  RBI while going 4-for-4. That's the most  hits  Kamio has posted since back in March.  Maliyah Jarrett was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, four  runs,  and three  RBI.
 Norton Science & Language Academy will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Entrepreneur at 3:15  p.m.  on May 5. The Bulls have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.63  runs per game on average), something the Rockets will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Bethel Christian, they will venture away from home to  challenge United Christian Academy  at 3:15  p.m.  on Wednesday.
