Volleyball Game Preview: Twin River Titans vs. Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles

The Twin River Titans will venture away from home to face off against the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Twin River turned things around against West Point-Beemer on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cadets by a score of 2-0. The game was the first time the Titans have beaten the Cadets on their court since September 6, 2018.

Twin River can attribute much of their success to Elle Cromwell, who had ten digs and two assists. That's the most assists Cromwell has posted since back in September of 2024.

Meanwhile, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley earned a 3-1 win over Deshler on Friday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Dragons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Bruning-Davenport/Shickley walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-11, 15-25, 26-24.

Twin River's record now sits at 4-16. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, their record is now 9-6.
