With a playoff win on the line, Samson rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Houston County Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory two weeks ago.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Samson was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11, 25-9.

Holly Warren paced Samson's offense, picking up 22 kills. Warren got some help from Heidi Warren and her 30 assists. Holly was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

The win made it two in a row for Samson and bumps their season record up to 14-10. As for Houston County, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.

As of now, neither Samson nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
