Football Recap: Bradford Comes Up Short

Bradford extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 0-4. They took a blow against the Arcanum Trojans, falling 62-0. The Railroaders lost against the Trojans in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 30-0 score last time.

As for Arcanum, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. That 62 point margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Mj Macy continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 57 yards and a pair of scores. He is also on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Hudson Knaus also helped with two TDs in total.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bradford is set to challenge their familiar foe Tri-County North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arcanum will take on rival Preble Shawnee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Trojans 10, the Arrows 11.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
