Spearfish had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-15, 25-15, 25-10.
Spearfish was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in November of 2023.
Belle Fourche has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season. As for Spearfish, they pushed their record up to 16-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
