Basketball Recap: Brusly Comes Up Short

Brusly was the 52-45 winner over Washington-Marion when they last played one another back in February of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 60-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Charging Indians on Tuesday.

Brusly's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Washington-Marion, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Brusly will square off against Parkview Baptist at 6:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Washington-Marion, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-51 win against Opelousas on the 26th.
