Cony put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Oceanside Mariners by a score of 6-1. The six-run effort marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cony's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Oceanside, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Cony will challenge Winslow at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Black Raiders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14 runs per game on average), something the Rams will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Oceanside, they will square off against Belfast at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
