The Hoopa Valley Warriors came into Monday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 60-50 victory over Ferndale on Monday. This was a revenge game for Hoopa Valley, as the team was forced to settle for a 57-53 loss when these two played last Friday.

Leading Hoopa Valley to victory were Neil Moon and Malaki McCoy. Moon scored 18 points, while McCoy scored 17 points. It was the first time this season that McCoy scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristan Billings, who scored ten points.

Hoopa Valley's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12. As for Ferndale, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Hoopa Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Ferndale also has no future games currently scheduled.
