Volleyball Recap: East Fairmont Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Fairmont suffered their biggest defeat since November 7, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Lewis County Minutemen. The Bees haven't had much luck with the Minutemen recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Kyah Stump paced East Fairmont's offense, picking up six kills. Stump got some help from Brooke Donlin and her seven assists. Stump was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

East Fairmont's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Lewis County, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3.

East Fairmont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Robert C. Byrd on the 11th. As for Lewis County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against University on the 10th.
