Pueblo West had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans by a score of 6-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-0 on Tuesday.

Pueblo West's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Fountain-Fort Carson, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-13.
