Basketball Recap: Dripping Springs Piles Up the Points Against Akins

Dripping Springs had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 73-27 win over the Akins Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 70-31 back in December of 2024.

Dripping Springs can attribute much of their success to Rain Collins, who went 8 for 20 on her way to 19 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Bailey Rogers, who posted nine points and six rebounds.
