Soccer Recap: Little Elm Comes Up Short

The Little Elm Lobos came up short against the Walnut Grove Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 5-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Lobos were already down 3-0.

Little Elm's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Walnut Grove, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Little Elm will face off against Duncanville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Duncanville's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Walnut Grove, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Walnut Grove take on the Fossil Ridge at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday. Walnut Grove's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Fossil Ridge's offense will have their work cut out for them.
