After a string of three wins, St. Johns's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Three Rivers Wildcats.

Abby Tisdale paced St. Johns' offense, picking up four kills. Tisdale got some help from Lillie Alsup and her seven assists. Alsup was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

St. Johns' defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Three Rivers, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-10-3.

St. Johns didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 tie against Birch Run on the 18th. Three Rivers has also already played their next matchup (against Williamston), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
