Volleyball Recap: Berkshire Gets the Win

Berkshire lost to Independence back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Badgers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Blue Devils. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Badgers.

While Berkshire might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Independence scored at least 22 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, 22-25, 25-22.

Berkshire's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Independence, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Berkshire will square off against rival Chardon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Independence is set to face off against their familiar foe Villa Angela-St. Joseph at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
