Volleyball Game Preview: Albany Lions vs. Hawley Bearcats + How To Watch

The Albany Lions will head out on the road to square off against the Hawley Bearcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Albany comes in on three and Hawley on 12.

On Tuesday, Albany beat Roscoe 3-1.

Albany was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 18-25, 25-16.

Veribest typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Hawley proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Falcons.

While Hawley might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Veribest scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-18, 25-22.

Albany's record is now 14-11. As for Hawley, their record now sits at 27-7.

Albany might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Hawley in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
