You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Queen Anne's County's strategy against Wicomico on Tuesday. Everything went the Queen Anne's County Lions' way against the Wicomico Indians as the Queen Anne's County Lions made off with a 46-24 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Wicomico had strong showings from Se'Lah Foreman, who posted seven points and four steals, and Natalia Almonte, who scored four points in addition to ten boards and three steals.

The win was the eighth in a row for Queen Anne's County, bringing their record for this year to 20-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.8 points over those games. As for Wicomico, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-5 record this season.
