Basketball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

If Northside was riding high fresh off their 55-22 takedown of David Thibodaux last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Northside Vikings took a 54-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westgate Tigers on Friday. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Northside now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Westgate, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-15.

As of now, neither Northside nor Westgate have any future games scheduled.
