Soccer Recap: Northside Christian Comes Up Short

Northside Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bradenton Christian Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in November of 2024.

Northside Christian now has a losing record at 4-5-2. As for Bradenton Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-4-3.

Northside Christian will welcome Universal Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bradenton Christian, they will take on Saint Stephen's Episcopal in a tournament on Friday. Bradenton Christian's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
