Lipscomb Academy and Christ Presbyterian Academy are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2017, but not for long. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Christ Presbyterian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against McCallie, falling 34-13. The game was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Lions couldn't quite close it out.

Although Christ Presbyterian Academy took the loss, they still got scores from John Spears Wolters and Patrick Maddux.

Lipscomb Academy's record now sits at 3-7. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, their record is now 2-8.

Everything came up roses for Lipscomb Academy against Christ Presbyterian Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, as the squad secured a 42-0 victory. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
