Baseball Recap: Century Comes Up Short

Century lost to Owatonna back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers fell 7-3 to the Huskies. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Century saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Frank, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Century's record is now 6-11. As for Owatonna, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

Looking ahead, Century will take on Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Owatonna, they will welcome Apple Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
