Softball Recap: Bartlett Panthers vs. First Assembly Christian Crusaders

Bartlett's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against the First Assembly Christian Crusaders by a score of 7-4. That's more bragging rights for Bartlett, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bartlett's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8. As for First Assembly Christian, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bartlett will challenge Munford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bartlett is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season. As for First Assembly Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Evangelical Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
