Volleyball Recap: North Valleys Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when North Valleys faced off against Douglas on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-16, 25-12.

Emery Pevehouse paced North Valleys' offense, picking up five kills. Pevehouse also shared the team's lead in assists with Laota Tonga: they picked up six each.

North Valleys' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Douglas, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6.

North Valleys has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Carson on the 28th. As for Douglas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Spanish Springs on the 28th.
