Soccer Recap: Scranton Prep Comes Up Short

Scranton Prep was the 2-1 winner over Berwick when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cavaliers fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that Scranton Prep have lost by just one goal.

Scranton Prep dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Berwick, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Looking ahead, Scranton Prep will host Delaware Valley at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Berwick, they will head out to take on Wilkes-Barre at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Wilkes-Barre will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Berwick surely won't give up without a fight.
