Volleyball Recap: Reeths-Puffer Comes Up Short

Reeths-Puffer lost against Holland two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rockets fell just short of the Dutch by a score of 2-1. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Reeths-Puffer sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-22, 23-25, 20-18.

Holland had a senior duo take command as Isaiah Cisneros had eight digs and Christian Ramirez had six digs and three aces.

Reeths-Puffer now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Holland, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-19-1 record this season.

Reeths-Puffer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Holland, they will square off against Hudsonville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
