Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ayana Kincade and Aislin Ruppe Lead Hernando to Victory

Hernando won the last time they faced East Lake and things went their way on Friday too. The Hernando Leopards secured a 37-32 W over the East Lake Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Leopards.

Leading Hernando to victory were Aislin Ruppe and Ayana Kincade. Ruppe posted 15 points, while Kincade earned 17 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Kincade has scored at least a third of Hernando's points.

Hernando is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for East Lake, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
