Basketball Recap: Wyandotte Bulldogs vs. Harmon Hawks

The Wyandotte Bulldogs came into Tuesday's match having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against Harmon on Tuesday as Wyandotte made off with a 69-49 victory. With that win, Wyandotte brought their scoring average up to 51.1 points per game.

Wyandotte's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kamari Murray led the charge by scoring 13 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Anthony Taylor, who scored 13 points along with three steals.

Wyandotte's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-11. As for Harmon, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

As for Harmon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats on Friday. Washington presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Hawks in Kansas (the Wildcats are ranked 128th, while the Hawks are ranked 328th).
