Basketball Game Preview: North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights vs. St. Mary's Saints

North Raleigh Christian Academy is 10-0 against St. Mary since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights will be playing at home against the St. Mary's Saints at 6:15 p.m. North Raleigh Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully St. Mary's likes a good challenge.

North Raleigh Christian Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 72-65 victory over New Life Camp on Thursday. With that win, the Knights brought their scoring average up to 50.8 points per game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Raleigh Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keaton Rikard, who posted 26 points and seven rebounds. With that strong performance, Rikard is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Khloe Moye, who earned 15 points along with six boards and six steals.

Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, St. Mary's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 44-33 to Durham Academy. The contest marked the Saints' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Raleigh Christian Academy pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for St. Mary's, their loss dropped their record down to 9-2.

Everything came up roses for North Raleigh Christian Academy against St. Mary's in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 77-41 win.
