Softball Recap: Ashton-Franklin Center Comes Up Short

Ashton-Franklin Center and Orangeville squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Ashton-Franklin Center had to settle for second. They came up short against the Broncos, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Raiders' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Ashton-Franklin Center has also been struggling recently as they've lost 22 of their last 24 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-31 record this season. As for Orangeville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-8.

As of now, neither Ashton-Franklin Center nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
